We ship globally, with the exception of some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our Happiness Guarantee allows for returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

Your Obligations: To be eligible, items must be in original, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items: For the health and safety of all, we cannot accept returns on opened or used: Baby Food, Baby Toiletries, Bibs & Burp Cloths, Breastfeeding products, and Bottle Feeding items.

Process: You must contact us at [email protected] within the 15-day window to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
