Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We ship globally, with the exception of some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): We partner with trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: For all orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your home.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our returns and exchanges process straightforward and simple.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all our little customers and their families, we cannot accept returns on the following products once they have been opened or used:
- Baby Food (opened or unopened)
- Baby Toiletries (opened products)
- Bibs & Burp Cloths
- Breastfeeding products
- Bottle Feeding items (opened packages)
If you receive a damaged or defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately—we will make it right!
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Just follow these easy steps:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Get Authorization: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item, making sure the authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
- Ship It Back: Ship the item to our address below. Please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item to you.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Your refund will be credited directly to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- We will send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please don’t worry! Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item.
