Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following baby products:
  • Baby Food (opened or unopened)
  • Baby Toiletries (opened products)
  • Bibs & Burp Cloths (unhygienic to return once opened)
  • Breastfeeding products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bottle Feeding items (opened packages)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will email you a return authorization number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the return authorization number clearly visible
  5. Ship the item to our address (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, and we’ll cover the return shipping for the damaged item.
